Delivery Time

Orders containing in-stock items are generally processed and transferred to the carrier within 7 business days.

If your order includes a Pre-Order item, the estimated delivery timeframe will be stated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped once all products are available.

In the event of supplier-related delays, customers will be informed via email with revised delivery details.

Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information using the English alphabet (Latin characters) only.

If an address is entered in non-Latin scripts (e.g., Hebrew, Cyrillic, Arabic), the shipment may be delayed or undeliverable. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery, and refunds will not be issued for parcels caused by incorrect or non-standard address formatting.

 

Force Majeure

We are committed to delivering your order promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance or delivery caused by events that are outside of our reasonable control (known as "force majeure events"). These events include, but are not limited to:  Acts of war or armed conflicts, Government restrictions or actions, Natural disasters, Strikes or labor disruptions, major postal or courier service interruptions. In such instances, we are not obligated to provide a refund for orders that are undelivered due to these unforseenn circumstances.

 

Failed Deliveries

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to any action or inaction by the customer—such as failing to collect the parcel, refusing the delivery, providing an incorrect address, having unreachable contact details, or refusing to pay required import duties/taxes—the parcel will be sent back to us.

In such circumstances, the customer shall bear full responsibility for all costs incurred as a result of the failed delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, return shipping fees, re-shipment charges, customs duties, taxes, and any additional handling or administrative expenses.

All costs incurred as a result of failed delivery shall be deducted from any refund issued for returned goods.

Should a parcel be destroyed or become unreturnable because of unpaid duties or a failed delivery attempt, we will be unable to issue a refund.

If you request re-shipment after a failed delivery, customer has to first cover all costs associated with the initial return shipment, and a new shipping fee will be applied.
